    We've run crews, closed books, and sold companies. We don't theorize about your business from a deck — we work it.

    The business before the deal.
    Most transactions fail because the business wasn't ready. We make the business ready. The deal, when it comes, follows.

    Knowledge is the product.
    What lives in your head is the most valuable — and most fragile — asset on the balance sheet. Our job is to get it out.

    We earn each phase.
    You buy Phase One. Phase Two and Three are earned with results. If we don't earn them, you don't extend them.

    We stay until it holds.
    We don't hand you a binder and walk away. We stay until your team runs the thing without us in the room.

    Refuse to sell too soon.
    If the business isn't ready, we don't list it. Even if you want us to. That's the discipline you're hiring.
