Wednesday Consulting ("Wednesday," "we," "our," "us") is a privately held advisory firm organized as a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect from this website, how we use it, and the choices you have about it.
1. What we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the Begin Here form, we collect: your name, your company, your role, the business's location, a short description of what the business does, what's on your mind, and either an email or phone number you want to be reached at. If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever you choose to send.
Technical data. When you visit the site, we log anonymous events — page views, form views, form submissions, the referring URL, any UTM parameters, and a per-tab session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage (which is cleared when you close the tab). We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
Email interaction data. If we email you — for example a confirmation of your Begin Here submission or a sequence we enrolled you in — we record whether the email was delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or triggered a spam complaint. This is standard deliverability telemetry provided by our email service (Resend).
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment card information, government identifiers, precise geolocation, health data, or information about minors. We do not knowingly accept submissions from anyone under 18.
2. How we use it
We use what you give us for these purposes and no others:
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation.
- To send you emails you explicitly requested (confirmations, follow-ups, sequences you opt into).
- To improve the site — measuring which pages are read, which traffic sources convert, and where we lose visitors in the funnel.
- To meet legal obligations (for example, responding to lawful requests from authorities).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
3. Who processes it for us
We use a small set of vendors to operate the site and our internal CRM. Each is bound by the terms of its own platform agreement and processes only the information necessary to perform the service we hire them for:
- Supabase (Postgres, authentication, serverless functions) — stores the Begin Here submissions, the CRM contact records, and internal operational data.
- BunnyCDN (content delivery) — serves the public website and the internal app. It sees IP addresses and basic request metadata; it does not see form submission contents.
- Resend (transactional email) — sends and tracks emails we initiate.
- Google Workspace (email and calendar) — when a team member connects a Google account to the CRM, Wednesday reads and sends email on that team member's behalf and reads and writes that team member's calendar for scheduling purposes. Access is per-user and revocable at any time from the team member's Google account.
4. How long we keep it
Begin Here submissions and contact records are retained while there is an active or prospective advisory relationship, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honor follow-up requests. Anonymous analytics events are retained for up to 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see Section 7.
5. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the CRM is authentication-gated with role-based permissions. Fewer than ten people have administrative access. Service-role credentials are kept in managed secret stores and rotated when access changes.
6. Unsubscribing
Every automated email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer and the RFC-8058 List-Unsubscribe header. Unsubscribing removes you from all current sequences immediately. It does not delete your contact record — if you want that, see Section 7.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your data. Email next@wednesday.now with the request. We'll respond within thirty days.
If you are a California resident, you additionally have the rights enumerated under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale or sharing (we don't sell or share), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
8. International visitors
Our servers are in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your data crosses borders to reach us. By submitting the Begin Here form you consent to that transfer.
9. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page and, if the change affects data we already hold, email the people it affects.
